This Privacy Policy explains how Revlo collects, uses, stores, shares and protects personal data when you visit our website, create an account, use our dashboard, use our mobile application, or otherwise use Revlo services.
Revlo is a vehicle intelligence platform operated by Himanshu Singh, currently based in Pune, Maharashtra, India. Revlo is presently operated by an individual and is not represented on this website as an incorporated company.
We aim to collect only the information needed to provide and improve Revlo, explain clearly why we need it, and give you practical ways to manage your information.
Information we collect
Depending on the features you use, Revlo may collect the following categories of information:

We do not intentionally ask you to provide sensitive personal information that is not necessary for the Revlo service.
How we use information

Why we process data

Payments
If paid Revlo services are offered, payment transactions may be processed by a third-party payment provider. Payment credentials such as full card details or banking credentials should be entered through the payment provider's authorised interface, not sent to Revlo through support messages or forms.
Revlo may retain transaction-related information such as a payment reference, amount, currency, subscription status and transaction status when needed for billing, account administration, support, refunds or legal/accounting purposes.
The specific payment provider and payment methods available to you may change as Revlo's billing infrastructure develops. The applicable payment provider's own terms and privacy policy may also apply to the transaction.
Storage & retention
Revlo stores information using infrastructure selected to support the operation and security of the service. Data may be processed in India or in other locations used by our service providers, subject to applicable law.
We retain personal data for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, maintain legitimate business and security records, resolve disputes, comply with legal obligations, or otherwise fulfil the purposes described in this Policy.
Where information is no longer required, we may delete it, anonymise it, or securely isolate it, subject to applicable retention requirements.

If a feature does not require location information, Revlo does not need location permission merely for ordinary account or vehicle-record functionality.
Children's privacy
Revlo is intended for adults and is not designed for children. We do not knowingly seek to collect personal data from children through the service. If you believe a child has provided personal data to Revlo, please contact us so that we can review and take appropriate action.
Third-party links and services
Revlo may link to third-party websites, services, payment providers or data sources. Those services operate under their own terms and privacy policies. Revlo is not responsible for the privacy practices of independent third parties.
