01 Definitions

• "Account" means the registered user profile created to access the Platform.
• "User," "you" means any individual who accesses or uses the Platform, including personal vehicle owners, gig/commercial drivers, and fleet operators.
• "Vehicle Data" means odometer readings, fuel/energy logs, expense entries, trip data, maintenance records, and any other information you submit relating to a vehicle.
• "Subscription" means a paid plan that unlocks specified features of the Platform for a defined billing period.
• "Content" means text, data, reports, calculators, scores, and other material made available through the Platform, whether generated by Revlo or by you.

02 Eligibility & account registration

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a binding contract under applicable Indian law to use the Service. By registering, you confirm that the information you provide, including your name, phone number, email and vehicle details, is accurate and that you will keep it up to date.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your Account. Notify us immediately at support@revlo.cc if you suspect unauthorized access.

Revlo may refuse registration, or suspend an existing Account, where we reasonably believe the information provided is false, fraudulent, or violates these Terms.

03 Description of service

Revlo is a vehicle cost intelligence and management platform for the Indian market. Depending on the features and plan available to you, the Service may include fuel/energy and expense tracking, mileage and cost-per-km analytics, maintenance reminders, gig-driver shift and earnings tracking, fleet-level reporting, and pre-purchase decision tools such as EV-vs-fuel comparisons.

04 Vehicle data & user-submitted information

You retain ownership of the Vehicle Data you submit. By submitting it, you grant the operator of Revlo a worldwide, royalty-free license to store, process and analyze that data solely to provide and improve the Service, generate aggregated or anonymized insights, and comply with applicable law.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter. Revlo does not independently verify odometer readings, fuel records, receipts, expense entries or other information submitted by you. Calculations derived from inaccurate or incomplete inputs may therefore also be inaccurate.

You must not upload data that you do not have the right to share, or data relating to another person's vehicle without appropriate authorization.

05 Subscriptions, pricing & payments

Certain features may require a paid Subscription. Current plans and pricing, where offered, will be displayed on the applicable Revlo pricing or purchase page. Pricing may vary according to the plan, feature set or user category.

Where applicable, taxes or statutory charges will be displayed or handled in accordance with the requirements applicable to the transaction and the operator's current registration status.

Where payment functionality is available, payments may be processed through a third-party payment provider. Revlo does not intend to store your full card, UPI or banking credentials on its own systems. Payment information entered into a third-party payment interface is subject to that provider's own terms and privacy policy.

Free trials or free-tier access, where offered, may be limited in features, usage or duration and may be modified or discontinued.

06 Cancellation, refunds & auto-renewal

Where a Subscription is configured to renew automatically, it will renew at the end of the applicable billing cycle unless cancelled before the renewal date. The applicable renewal terms will be shown before or during purchase.

You may cancel a Subscription using the cancellation method made available by Revlo. Unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase or required by law, cancellation generally takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period.

Refund eligibility will depend on the applicable plan, purchase terms, payment provider rules and applicable law. Any specific refund or cancellation terms shown at the time of purchase will form part of your agreement with Revlo.

Refund requests can be sent to support@revlo.cc with the relevant account and transaction details.

07 Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable Indian law.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to another user's Account or Vehicle Data.
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, copy or reproduce the Platform's software, algorithms or Content for competing or commercial redistribution purposes.
• Upload malicious code or interfere with the security, availability or operation of the Platform.
• Misrepresent your identity or the vehicle, driver or fleet for which you are entering information.

Revlo may suspend or terminate Accounts that violate this section, particularly in serious or repeated cases.

08 Gig & fleet operator terms

Where you use Revlo in connection with gig/commercial driving or as a fleet operator managing multiple vehicles or drivers:

• Revlo is an independent analytics tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or a partner of any ride-hailing, delivery or mobility platform referenced within the Service.
• If you add other drivers or vehicles under a fleet account, you confirm that you have the authority to do so and are responsible for those users' compliance with these Terms.
• Earnings, rent/bhada, shift and profitability data are used to generate analytics and do not constitute tax, accounting, legal or financial advice.

09 Intellectual property

The Platform, including its design, software, branding, algorithms, interfaces and Revlo-generated Content, is owned by or licensed to the operator of Revlo and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Revlo grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable right to access and use the Platform for your personal or internal business use.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, reproduce or commercially exploit any part of the Platform or its underlying software or Content without prior written permission, except where such restriction is prohibited by applicable law.

10 Third-party services & links

The Platform may reference or link to third-party data sources, websites and services. Revlo does not control and is not responsible for the accuracy, availability, security or privacy practices of independent third parties.

Use of a third-party service may be subject to that provider's own terms, privacy policy and other conditions.

11 Disclaimers

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law. Revlo does not guarantee that the Platform will always be uninterrupted, error-free, complete or accurate.

Revlo does not guarantee uninterrupted operation of the Platform or the accuracy of third-party data, public data, estimated figures or information supplied by users.

12 Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the operator of Revlo shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable Indian law.

Subject to the preceding paragraph and applicable law, the aggregate liability of the operator arising from these Terms or the Service will be limited to the amount actually paid by you to Revlo for the Service during the three months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or ₹1,000, whichever is greater.

13 Indemnification

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold the operator of Revlo harmless from claims, damages, liabilities and reasonable expenses arising from your material violation of these Terms, misuse of the Platform, or infringement of a third-party right resulting from information or content you submitted without authorization.

14 Suspension & termination

You may stop using the Service and request deletion of your Account through available account controls or by contacting support.

Revlo may suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary because of a material breach of these Terms, fraudulent or abusive activity, security concerns, or where required by law.

On termination, your right to use the Platform ceases. Revlo may retain information for legal, accounting, security, dispute-resolution or legitimate business purposes, subject to the Privacy Policy and applicable law.

15 Privacy

Our collection and use of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy , which forms part of these Terms.

16 Governing law & dispute resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, subject to applicable mandatory consumer and other statutory rights.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms should first be attempted to be resolved amicably through good-faith communication with Revlo.

If a dispute cannot be resolved amicably, the parties may pursue remedies available under applicable Indian law. Nothing in these Terms prevents a consumer from exercising a statutory right to approach a forum, authority or court having jurisdiction under applicable law.

Subject to the foregoing and applicable law, courts having jurisdiction in Pune, Maharashtra, India may have jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms.

17 Changes to these Terms

Revlo may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in the Service, business practices or applicable law.

Where changes are material, Revlo will provide appropriate notice through the Platform, website or other reasonable communication method where required. The updated Terms will state their effective date.

18 General provisions

• Severability — If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to the extent permitted by law.
• No waiver — Failure to enforce a right under these Terms does not waive that right.
• Assignment — You may not assign your rights under these Terms without consent where such consent is required. The operator may transfer or assign the Service or these Terms in connection with a lawful business transfer, subject to applicable law.
• Entire agreement — These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any applicable plan-specific terms, constitute the agreement governing your use of the Service.
